Saw that DDT and Dragon Gate both got over 5K at Sumo Hall. Looks like NOAH and AJPW are falling behind.

Dragon Gate didn't work Sumo Hall, they were in Osaka.

What happens after someone unites the titles? Does the IC title go away? Does the champion defend both? Does the NEVER Championship become the secondary title? Does the winner vacate one of the titles, making the whole thing pointless?
