fukk it, why waste time...watching the matches that interested me

Opener with the young kids was fun, Hyodo, Kato and Sato are gonna keep the Strong division fresh in the next couple of years.

Kobayashi Gun is :dead: I still have a hard time figuring out how they convinced Hideki Suzuki to not only join the fukkery but to wrestle with this group on a regular basis.

The Strong BJ six man tag I skipped to the final minutes and it was worth it. Okabayashi has a natural ability to have chemistry with pretty much everyone he faces and Daichi is one of those opponents that just clicks when facing Yuji.

Aoki vs Tajiri was very slowed paced, match was 12 minutes but felt like it was 20. The finishing run was cool though, really liked what they did with the mist and the final pin. On one hand I'm bummed that Aoki is stuck in the Junior Division on a company that doesn't have a legit division because the roster is so small. On the other I'm glad he's gonna have his time to shine and he already has everyone gunning for him. I hope he works the Strong Climb next year...

Sato vs Kamitani was a very fun match. I think this suffered from a lack of heat from the crowd as Yokohama once again showed they suck, lol. Kamitani has been disrespecting and asking for a fight with Kohei since before he got the Strong Title so this was a fitting first defense. Hideyoshi had a fiery performance that Korakuen would've melted over but you can't have the perfect setting every match.

Now....

Takuya Nomura vs Fuminori Abe (Astronauts) vs Daisuke Sekimoto & The Bodyguard - BJW Death Vegas, Saikyou Tag League 9/15/19
Daisuke Sekimoto & The Bodyguard vs. Fuminori Abe & Takuya Nomura

Beautiful tag match. Instead of the typical "big dudes throws little guys around" sort of match that these four could totally pull off, they went the minimalistic route and I fukking loved it. There's so many little things to love about this match. Astronauts gain the upper hand early because they lull Sekimoto and Bodyguard into working holds instead of clashing head on - which they have done plenty of times against Sekimoto & partner -, and only way the big dudes gain control is by doing big dudes things. But they have to fukking work for it. Once they get on top they choke Nomura almost to death, the selling by Takuya was stellar, I legit thought the young gawd was about to pass out. It takes them 10 minutes to hit the first chop, and it's not missed at all, it's that kind of match.

This is another sensational performance by Abe btw. Little fukker is the best cotdamn partner on the planet, the way he cheers Nomura on when he's getting manhandled, how he picks his spots to interfere, to hit a stiff strike and to do a cool counter is some next level veteran shyt, and dude is 24 years old! He's role in the match is to allow Nomura to stay in the fight and to go into the finishing sequence with a chance to win. And boy, once that final 5 minutes happen... :banderas:

MOTYC for sure, not even the tame Yokohama crowd hurt this match. @Scottie Drippin @TrueEpic08 y'all need to watch this asap. And @SubZeroDegrees did you watch it too? Such a dope performance by both young gawds :blessed:

Big Japan's Ryogokutan first matches revealed and they look mediocre a fukk :francis:

Isami Kodaka vs Yuko Miyamoto - Deathmatch title

Kohei Sato vs Daichi Hashimoto - Strong Heavyweight Title:

Yuya Aoki vs TAJIRI vs Yoshino vs Kota Sekifuda - Junior Title

Leave your best talent out of the biggest matches for your biggest show brehs :snoop: I guess they could book a tag match involving Sekimoto and Elgin again (he did say in his last show he wanted to tag with Daisuke). But outside talent is the only thing that can save this show.

Another sub 4,000 attendance coming :mjcry:
