Yeah...I dunno about all this Jericho stuff. :patrice:

...I guess it's good for a potential AEW/NJPW relationship in the future? :ld:

Other than that, full Gedo booking in effect for Dominion. The Ibushi/Naito race to neck fusion yet again, and Tana/Jay White AGAIN.

I liked Ishimori/Dragon Lee a lot. Evil/Ishii was good. Okada/Sanada is always solid but there's just no sense of urgency or intensity to their matches. That Rainmaker at the end had nothing behind it, but maybe that's because they had already gone 35+ min. :ld:

Jericho/Okada will be good, I'm sure. I'd rather see that than them rushing back to White/Okada. I guess White is gonna tap out Tanahashi again. :pachaha:

Plus, it's good to see a confirmation of what had been reported about Jericho and Omega still having part-time NJPW deals in place. Hopefully this moves us closer to an AEW & NJPW deal.

I mean, I prefer Jericho than any other dude on the current roster against Okada right now. We all know he isn't losing and he's faced and beat everyone in the last year so a new fresh matchup right before the G-1 is at least better than the alternative.

I hope Jericho goes into more full fukkery mode than against Omega. I just pray to Terry Funk he doesn't let Okada make him have a 30+ minute match :scust:

I look forward to your analysis of the upcoming 39 minute no-dq epic they put together just to prove Okada can still win after getting hit with a chair a belt, and put through a table.

The reaction on Japanese commentary when Okada hits a spinning tombstone onto a chair before closing out with Jericho reversing all known Rainmaker variations, only for Okada to bust out a previously never seen version :wow:

.........I just realized that all of that shyt has a chance to happen. :sadcam:
