Man, I was checking some stuff and realized this lazy fukk Gedo has relied on the Tanahashi/Okada/Gaijin formula FOR 8 fukkING CONSECUTIVE YEARS .:laff:

Naito got a 1 month transitional reign and that's it :dead:

What's incredible is that the formula has worked like a charm

I feel like it's too soon for Okada to win the title. If they're doing the fall and rise arc with him, it feels like he should stay down until G1, win that then finally win the belt back at WK.

And while I don't like Jay White, if they're going to give him the rub then they might as well let him cook. But I guess they did give Okada initially a short, transitional title reign when he first won it, so i guess it fits for him to lose it quickly.

Gedo trippin with putting the belt on white right before MSG. At least the match was pretty good. Consistent knee work and selling that actually lead to a false finish cloverleaf.

Ibushi beats Naito in the semi finals of the NJ Cup, loses in the final to Okada, but this then sets up Ibushi getting an IC title shot against Naito at MSG, Ibushi wins the belt, and this frees Naito to get in the IWGP title mix :ehh:

He's taken pins from Taichi, losing to Ibushi is hardly gonna break him

He needs to drop that IC belt...people talk about having him as a dual champ, but fukk that. The IC title has been sidelined too much already recently, so he needs to take that L to move forward.

Not sure you want to beat Naito at MSG though. He is going to be the most over person at the show by a large margin. And this isnt the main event

White feels like when

first got the title imo

Yup, that's been the most accurate comparisson I've been reading about dude. He's a fine talent, but he's not ready for this kind of push, at least not yet.

And I'm not sure what a transitional 2 reign will do for dude. Gedo gonna Gedo though.
