Does anyone lnow if Yoshida and Umino have had any standout matches in the tag league? They are the only team that interest me, I know they haven't won any match but I'd be interested too see if they've had any showcase.

The match with Sanada and Evil was pretty good if I remember correctly :jbhmm:

The Traps of Unified Korea
Has RWTL been worth a shyt since the NOAH split? Seems like it has some of the hottest matches in the 70s and 80s (plus guys who came in for just the tag league getting some special singles matches throughout December), but I don't remember shyt being said about it in a long, long time. About as much as the World Tag League.
I wanna say starting in like 2013 they've been consistently good again

I was looking at some of those post split teams.....brotha, Justin Credible/Jamal, Taka and D'Lo, Bull Buchanan and THE WALL BROTHER in 2003, Tenryu/Earthquake, Mutoh/Road Warrior Animal in 2002, Johnny The Bull and Jungle Jim Steele in Muta and Strong Machine gimmicks in 2004

Tag league getting sold like the A block of the g1 in here :picard:

I watched the first two nights and the final night. There are a lot of fun and good match ups. Not just the tournament but the 8 and 6 man tags.

G.O.D. vs Evil and Sanada final was very good.

I plan on watching the rest throughout the month.

Yes, Takahashi was very popular. What I'm referring to is Okada being easily forgotten after he had a stellar first half of 2018. Jay White sucks.
Okada's been on the losing side of tag matches and getting beat up the second half of the year. :yeshrug: He kinda seems like just another guy at the moment.

Jay White has no business on that list. That spot should've gone to Ishii for carrying the G1 on his back.

Ishii should be the top MVP tbh. Dude carried the company on all size shows, in all divisions, against top top guys, against mid card guys, in singles, in tags. There might literally not be anyone as valuable in a real sense to NJ than a guy they can plug into any title scene, on any size show, and reliably depend on him to knock it out of the park regardless of opponent or style. He's the ultimate utility player for NJ.
