He had reconstructive surgery in 2010 (which I believe he came back way too early from), but he probably wouldn't have had this problem if he'd just gotten surgery in 1998 when they were first injured.

Glad to see Davey Boy back in singles action but the same can't be said for Archer. I would rather see Jeff Cobb than Elgin. Why is Chuck Taylor in over Trent?
