It was a nice show what with it being Nakamura's farewell.

Only problem was Captain New Japan getting in a little too much offense for my liking; just throw a punch here and there, a slam, and eat the pin. :mjlol:

(8) Special Single Match: Go Shiozaki [FREE] vs. Minoru Suzuki [Pancrase MISSION]

~ Kanemaru turned on Shiozaki during the match as he unveiled that he was wearing a Suzuki-gun t-shirt and hit Shiozaki with the Deep Impact while the ref was distracted. Suzuki then picked up what was left of Shiozaki with his piledriver.
~ Kanemaru revealed himself to be the time bomb which Suzuki was referring towards. As Kanemaru was someone who was present when NOAH was initially formed.

~ Suzuki and Kanemaru continued to assault Shiozaki following the match.
~ Maybach Taniguchi charged out to make the save and in the process removing his mask. It appears that we could see the revival of these two as a tag team in NOAH.
~ Taniguchi received a strong reaction from the fans in attendance as he helped Shiozaki walk out of the hall.

(9) GHC Heavyweight Championship Match: [24th Champion] Naomichi Marufuji vs. [Challenger] Takashi Sugiura
◆Winner: Sugiura (31:21) following the Olympic Qualifying Slam.
~ Champion falls on his 1st title defense. Sugiura becomes the 25th generation champion.
~ Suzuki, Archer, and Taichi both got involved throughout the match. Nakajima managed to take out Archer, but Sugiura smashed Maru with a chair setting up the finish.
~ President Akira Taue looked to have an ever more look of disgust on his face, than when Suzuki won it, as he handed the belt to Sugiura.
~ All of Suzuki-gun stood in the ring to celebrate what they had accomplished as Suzuki stated that he will see fit that NOAH is destroyed once and for all.

~ Shiozaki & Taniguchi came out to back off Suzuki-gun but the damage was already done. Though Marufuji finally accepted Shiozaki’s return to NOAH with a handshake.
~ Marufuji left in silence following the major loss, though he passed a NOAH towel to Taniguchi. He looks to have entrusted Shiozaki and Taniguchi to do what he ultimately could not.

~ The next big show will be on March 15th with “GREAT VOYAGE 2016 in YOKOHAMA”.

You think when Nakamura hits the main roster, Woods is gonna mention that they've fought before?:ohhh:

:ohhh::ohhh::ohhh::ohhh::ohhh:

But it won't be written into a script. They don't want us to remember anything before a month ago and that we want Roman to overcome odds

I'm sure they'll relate every history Nakamura has with anyone on the roster. Probably repeatedly. Get ready for JBL to say AJ held the same title as Brock Lesnar every match for the next 8 months.
