Regarding Naito's future activities as a wrestler, the wrestler himself and New Japan Pro-Wrestling have been in discussion and seriously considered. As a result, Naito and New Japan Pro-Wrestling have agreed that the wrestler contract between the two parties will not be renewed or extended after the day after the Fukuoka tournament on Sunday, May 4th.

This is a decision that Naito made after careful consideration of his future, so all of us at New Japan Pro-Wrestling send him off warmly and, together with all of our fans, pray that he will continue to achieve even greater success.

We would like to offer our sincere apologies to Naito's fans, New Japan Pro-Wrestling fans, and the many other people involved for the concern and inconvenience caused.

As announced, Naito will be competing in the Fukuoka tournament on May 4th, so we would appreciate your support.

We kindly ask for your kind understanding.
