there are actual clubs like this in foreign cities...expat clubs. I went to one while I was in Korea for a month. It's a way for common foreigners to get things from back home (food, live sports, etc)

this guy has been living in japan for 18 years total and says there's little no racism.....but everyone else in this thread that never been there is saying it's extremely racist...who should i believe


BTW I was an exchange student in japan so i have first person experience and i didn't experience any racism either did my black friends who were apart of the program as well.

In fact in rural japan the students ran across the street just to take a picture with us...treated us like movie stars....but i'll let the coli tell it.

I been learning Japanese off and on, what really had me pump the breaks was when I got to Kanji. I'm like wait a minute.. I learned Hiragana.. most of Katakana.. but now I gotta learn all these Kanji characters

lemme go back to Spanish lol

You be feeling good learning and knowing about 50 of them...

Meanwhile to be considered literate in Japan, you have to know over 2000 Kanji characters
