Yea I don’t know wtf son talking about… I did 13 yrs in the AF.. I was stationed in Okinawa for 3 yrs.. how the fukk do they force abstinence on you? When I was in Japan they had curfew… I broke that shyt all the time… I lived off base.. all that curfew shyt ain’t apply to me… as long as I didn’t do dumb shyt .. I was eating and running through women… eventually curfew was removed but that shyt ain’t matter to me.

When I worked as a Navy contractor there was always something weird going on with the Pacific fleet. It got so bad they banned contractors from even traveling to countries like Japan. I can only imagine the fukkery if you have to ban people from travel.

Not sure why but the Federal Government employs a ton of dirtbags. I used to wonder how the fukk did some of these weirdos pass a security clearance.

I can speak to the fleet specifically (worked with them, but outside looking in)- security and oversight is simply stretched too thin at the positions that matter. A commander or senior NCO can tell their people to straighten up, report others, and do the right things, but the most pervasive fukkery comes from the older staff folks anyways. And they master how to not get caught through practice. After a while, people in the military realize how common it is for the sexual assault/prevention roles to be the main ones moving crazy.

But there simply isn't enough NCIS to go around. And when they are, they have to focus on other immediate (sometimes compounding) problems like drug trafficking, crazy submariners ready to shoot up everyone when they touch land, and ships crashing into each other due to straight negligence.
