I dont know if a comedy special can get an emmy but that was amazing.

I realized, I haven’t seen a special from him in 15+ years. I told my Wife, “ Jamie was/is amazing but he could have been Denzel or Will Smith. He should have been on their level but didn’t take it.
Either way, I thought it was a great special and I thought about my mortality.

One of the best entertainers of this generation. Very well put together show; it’s not easy to weave together all of the raw emotion from storytelling, comedy, singing and playing live music. He put his heart and soul into this special.
Watching it now……he’s going from hilarious to emotional like jadakiss & styles go back & forth.

This was absolutely incredible.
It says he wrote it, which is double incredible bc comedians (Eddie Murphy , Kevin Hart etc) don't write their own specials without a team of writers.
If he did this by himself considering where he was just a year ago, that's flat out incredible. And to go and command a stage after not really doing standup for years is amazing

Just finished it, not a typical comedy special by any stretch. Really enjoyed the perspective mixed with the laughs, definitely worth a watch.
