i hate reading news articles like this. its stories like this that should force every black person to refuse to brainwash their kids into pursuing higher education just for the purpose of working for A COMPANY or SOMEONE. pursue education with the end goal in mind of being able to work for urself. i hate it when i hear a black person say with pride "yeah i work for XYZ company as a blah blah blah Manager, Director, VP etc". nah n1gga, they can replace u just like that and u go from a VP to unemployed.

black people cant keep living life like this on some "aaaah that company wont hire me. this company had to hire me because they're filling their quota for minorities..but they treat me bad. this other company wont give people of color a chance".

this is too much yall. we need a wealthy, militant black figure to change things around. being at the mercy of others is no way to live life! teach that to your kids!!! I demand it!!!!!
Most people don't start their own companies or own their own businesses.
It should be encouraged, but blanket statements like "work for yourself" mean absolutely nothing unless they come attached to some start-up money, wealthy parents, or useful connections.

this is a very silly way to look at things. in this day age, u can start a business in ur basement or ur room. if your mind goes blank and u cant figure out what im talking about, then, that is a sign u shouldnt speak on this topic.

nowadays, folks are making serious money on websites like youtube. but wait, thats not even what im talking about. youtube can change their rules around and screw ur income, if thats all what ur relying on. again, thats indirectly working for someone, in this case, youtube. so no, u got to think bigger than that.

so what am i talking about. we're in the age where software companies are springing up left and right. there are many, many needs out there. find a business that isnt over saturated and be the one to fulfill that need in a unique way. dont expect to be caking instantly within months (u could if ur lucky). but, the goal here is to DO SOMETHING!!!!

oh wait, but the morons amongst u will be like "find a need and be the one to fulfill?? n1gga what? thats too general". if u are inclined to think this way, then honestly, just focus on ur books and get ur degree and hope to be hired because u are not willing to think outside the box.

maybe the phrase "starting a business" is too scary or complicated for some of yall. if thats the case, think of it like this then. "start a service, a service you provide to others for a fee".

all that it cost you is TIME, the time you would have spent anyway on frivolous activities...i.e. watching endless hours of sports, playing games, u get the point.

I've talked more than once on here about being the partial owner of a company started with my friend and one other acquaintance :hubie:
I'm aware of growing and emerging markets and niches for companies to fill, I'm just aware of the effort-needed and difficulty in running a company day-by-day.
The majority of people work for companies, not everyone has the cohesion of the ability to successfully run a business.
But I'll let you cook :dame:

again, running a business is too strong of a phrase for yall on this forum. in this day in age, not all businesses require u to be doing jumping jacks across the city.

ok, example - imagine ur a dude who happens to speak 4 popular languages fluently. what could u do with such a skill? besides being a translator?

again, if ur mind goes blank here, then, u shouldnt speak on business at all. at all!!

I DON'T. SPEAK FOR YOURSELF. WE NEED TO BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR OURSELVES.

OUR PEOPLE ARE TOO COMFORTABLE. A MILITANT LEADER ISN'T GOING TO CHANGE THAT. ALSO, WEALTHY AND MILITANT DON'T MIX. TOO MUCH OF BOTH = DEATH.

I thought google was treating its employees good. A lot of tech and software companies seem to be pos. Thought the tech fields were open to diversity.

Im sure they treat these frail white faggits good..tech companies are the new Wall Street Banks....same racist- self preserving ideology but they hide it with the cloak of liberalism
