Absolutely horrible logic. Forgery is illegal. The people who paid money for bogus memorabilia are the ones who would have complaints.

Since he is an amateur, he's not allowed to make money from his autograph. A lawsuit doesn't make sense for a lot of reasons. I honestly don't know what grounds he would even have to file a suit.
