This is stupid and lazy logic if I've ever seen such. The reason why Jameis wouldn't sue is simple, he gains nothing from suing them. Lawsuits take a long time, if he were innocent he wouldn't be able to successfully win a lawsuit before the season is up so what's the point. Dude will be a millionaire in 6 months. How much could he really sue them for and when will he be compensated. It's much more advantageous for Jameis to just have all this shyt blow over and go away. Suing just brings more unwarranted attention to him and in this case for relatively no gain.
