Looks like Tariq's children have a new target to hop on Twitter and pretend to be outraged about instead of contacting their congressmen and congresswomen and senators and making demands for the community other than "tangibles"

There's a reason why only low information Black Americans are finding issue with this...and this is from someone who is Black and born here
LMAO

THIS TECHNICAL SPEAK
IS SO SEE THROUGH.

YOU NEED TO TRY BETTER.

Tbf its not our culture to police as corny as it is

If Jamaicans are cool with it then its whatever to me.
But the bias anti -AA comments need to stop. These groups seem to always a have bone to pick with us online over the most trivial stuff.

I'm not Jamaican or African, so how cacs appropriate THEIR culture and THEM c00ning is not my business. Let the cacs keep taking full advantage of them, rape their resources, and abuse them. I couldn't give two fukks. If it isn't ADOS (AMERICAN Descendants of Slavery), then it is not my concern. My tribe is strictly FBA (Foundational Black American), and if others from the Black Diaspora continue to attempt to shyt on us online and offline, it will only cause even more division.

That’s the issue why do you need to make fun of and clown someone it’s so disgusting. That’s the one thing that needs to die is roasting/joaning in the african American community
Roasting/joaning is an important part of Black american culture. We've been doing it since before slavery ended FoH

It shows wittiness and cleverness

If you could talk shyt to the slaver owner in his face without him knowing you were witty

IT was a skill

The irony in her saying our self worth is dependent on white acceptance when the topic itself is Africans condemning Black Americans clowning a white woman. :skip: People need to really think before they tweet something

She's talking about Africans and Jamaicans... :leostare:

Unless you're Jamaican and that's why you said "our"

True, but its usually a red flag that I would reevaluate my stance.
Like for instance lets take this thread right?

If Black Americans were simply clowning Adele, no problem imo.
If Black Americans were stating "Adele cannot wear this, its an insult to Jamaicans and it ruins their culture".. I would say hold on, let Jamaicans determine that.

No self-hatred, just gotta evaluate.

There are Nigerian traditions that... if a non-Nigerian spoke on them I would be like :patrice:

But if I saw a caccette wearing asoebi and trying to do the dance, I would laugh... and I wouldn't care that black Americans laughed too. :heh:

BUT, I sure as hell wouldn't get on twitter and start telling Black Americans to leave our Asoebi oyinbo princess alone and worry about police brutality and George Floyd :martin:
Yeah but why clown her in the first place I really don’t understand why African Americans think it’s cool to clown and make fun of people. What if she is trying to learn how to wear asoebi and learn cultural dance due to cultural appreciation? Why would you laugh at that and clown her?

She's actually agreeing with the guys tweet and saluting ADOS for our consciousness. You are misinterpreting her tweet.

Haha you right. I'm always saying to folks on here too that they need to read after forming opinions on thread titles instead of reading the article. I read the first part of her tweet and formed an opinion :snoop: Self neg.

I honestly dont go out of my way to clown anyone. but that includes clowning the clowners...

I've seen oyinbo asoebis, at most I may chuckle.

But imagine me getting so mad at ppl for clowning someone that I'm gonna go on twitter and throw Jacob Blake and George Floyd in their face like its their fault their dead :picard:

Like damn, if your response to someone is "and that's why the police keep killing ya'll :pacspit:" .....
