I am not sure about Jamaica but the gang situation did start with politicians and business men. Politicians used gang to enforce voter fraud in ghettos or to create chaos such as protesting, political assassinations etc. Business men used gang to protect their business and kill competition as the gangs gain more guns they went autonomous. They are quickly able to fill their ranks because of poverty. A gang member can guarantee a plate of food in a ghetto before the government does.
So poverty has to be solved. Haiti situation is in dire state so no choice but to kill them BUT after that the corruption, poor business ethics have to stop.
Trinidad and Jamaica better get that shyt under control before it gets worse. Wouldn't surprise me if Haitian gangs are trafficking weapons to Jamaica and Trinidad for money

I am Haitian lol. Yeah Jamaican gangs was always an issue but Haiti's. gang issue over the past five years have reached international intervention level.
