But Jalen might be a 25-27ppg nikka by year 2 type of player. Cade might never average over 25 and just be an all around threat.

With Wood, Wall, KPJ there is no chance Green scores 25ppg in his second year breh

With Wood, Wall, KPJ there is no chance Green scores 25ppg in his second year breh

which is why I’m saying Green will need a few years. He is a third option on this rocket team and he won’t be styling on vets with these wild ass shots this early.

Ehh. I haven't seen much of KPJ but I know he is a threat off the ball, so is Wood. John Wall is a natural PG and doesn't dominate the ball.

Team is set up perfectly for him to average a lot of points early

The way the league is going it seems better to have a guy whose going to punish you with his passing now. Playmakers thriving in the current NBA, Luka, Trae, CP3, LeBron, Jokic, Harden, etc.

There was a time where I preferred the pure scorer but in this era we don't have a bunch of teams that have one great scorer and surround them with a bunch of eric snows and aaron mckies, now everybody can dribble pass and shoot so playmakers eating.

Speaking of height, I was skeptical but Green actually looked 6’6 out here. Man that made me happy. And they’re saying KPJ look taller. I need to see it before it believe but have a tall backcourt would help it a lot and they’re both skilled

Also, we need to talk about the gleague coaching and development that benefited Green heavily.
Give this man Jarret Jack his flowers because he transformed Green into a solid defender.

The tape said last year he was solid on ball in iso but struggled with screens and off ball rotations.

We saw improvements in both already.

Along with the possession where Mobley had him in the post and he held his own.

It’s notable that Jarrett Jack was his starting point guard last year and is now an assistant coach for the Suns. Green used to take a lot of chances and try to play the lanes too often. Jack told him to slow down and just standing firm most of the time. Don't take yourself out of position and make things easy for the opponents

The g league experience and coaching has him steps ahead in his development already.

they talked about it during the game that Green was rank 1 for his class but when he went to G-league and only played like 11 games it dropped his stock hell, there were people talking about how mobley is better then him and green should be #3.. because both cade and green went to college... i don't think cade will be bad but he will have to work harder.
