recurring theme on the coli of guys who check people for proof, get the proof, and then cop pleas about the proofyou must be young then because that time you spoke of been had arrived in the 80s and early 90s. the song we talkin bout was late 90s.

'Juice Guys' Strike It Rich
As for the radio ads, the company doesn't have an advertising agency. The two Toms just walk into a radio station and start recording as they talk to each other and from that, their whole promotional campaign begins.
toms didnt have any urban spots. they only had the " Hi im Tom" ads back then

the audio I posted mentions the guy attempting to form a brand partnership based on the response to a single line off a song that got heavy rotation. Check the date of the interview, it's from a few days ago.
Check when I made the post about the ad featuring Jada. From over a year ago.
For you to doubt the existence of the ad, as part of a deal that was being negotiated to form a business partnersip is disingenuous.
to recap.....you HEARD the point guy for Puff say that sales jumped in metro NYC area for a product and that the heads of THAT company contacted HIM about branding opportunity.
You heard him mention that a partnership deal was in the works between Puff and Nantucket.
But me telling that a radio spot for that product, using that song (which puffy owned the publishing rights to) did not happen. So shrewd ass Puffy made not a penny from Nantucket before the deal fell through. He didn't get money for the promo ad that I heard, that you doubt.
Even if you doubt my memory, don't doubt Puff's business acumen.
Sheek essentially commits a rape in his verse.
now that we've seen your drawing talent, what are you waiting for???
Sadly, what hip-hop has became now. I mean look at this thread is a perfect example.
This is why this song is a brilliant. Jadakiss was like I'm going to rap about chill on my last 24 hours. Imagine in this era, the new rappers would be rapping about? Nothing impressive cause they would rap about the same shyt, etc. Just doing lazy shyt to make a quick buck.
