There's a reason out of the three separate lawsuits between them, Megan has won all of them. 1501 had expense reports that had cars and jewelry bought for other people on Megan's expenses.

Consider that artist almost never come out on top taking their label to court over contract disputes and Megan has done it and won 3 times. They're on the 4th lawsuit now, and from the sound of these social media post, Megan seems to be winning again.

Nah we not moving goalposts. She said she been mishandled by them since her mom died. Someone said she didn’t lie.


Her mom passed in March of 2019. She didn’t even have a record out then. Literally every big thing in her career happened after that, so how the hell they mismanage her? How the hell they ain’t responsible? All those freestyles and writing wasn’t amounting to any money. She got the money behind her and a label and the push and she started charting.

That’s not to say she isn’t responsible herself. But it’s always artists who was broke and was going nowhere, who signed to someone who backed them and pushed them, only for the artist to want to cut them off/move on later. Ok cool but don’t act like you got here alone. Don’t act like you didn’t sign and NEED that contract.

shyt. I’d throw it all away for Megan. But she a damn lie. And if she didn’t get popped by Cory, I really doubt Roc nation would have done much more. They just capitalized off that moment.
