So my co-worker messed around and burned me a copy of the CD as an early Christmas gift. Gave it a full listen today.
I think Born Sinner might have more staying power mostly because I think Forest Hills Drive is more of a mood-dependent album than Born Sinner in the sense that it sounds better based on the situation you're in when you're listening to it. There was maybe one song on FHD that was skippable to me, and I'm glad to see he expanded on his subject matter. I also felt that from a technical standpoint, some of his production on this project is some of the best he has ever done and in general, these beats are a bit more refined all in all. This is a damn good album, probably his best when you listen to it in the right situation.
