I fully believe this is the biggest reason for the change. They’ve often presented stuff to audiences as remedial as possible, so it makes sense they’ve almost give her a very phonetically spelled name.

Yup. Probably why it's IYO instead of IO. I've seen some people think IO is LO. Phonetically IO and IYO are the same but if someone sees the Y they might think twice about how to pronounce it.

I'm just glad her first match back wasn't an L, Champ or not. I don't like her being a supporting character to Bayley in the first place because I know she's going to eat pins for her sake at some point.

You have to get main roster crowds familiar with her and Dakota. Putting them with Bayley is perfect for that.

I understand the mechanics behind getting her off the ground with casual American fans, it's the cost that concerns me.

HHH was always high on her. She should be fine. She was injured this whole time since April. It's why she wasn't on NXT.

Yeah I think being in the group with Bayley is a good spot. They were the most buzzed about thing coming out of Summerslam that didn't involve industrial machinery and the ring being demolished, and they were all over the most watched Raw in forever. She's going to be on TV in important segments and featured matches for the foreseeable future. There are way worse scenarios she could have ended up in on the main roster.

Looking back to NXT, she didn't come in on some superman undefeated streak like Asuka, she came in as Kairi's tag partner and then jobbed to Shayna a couple of times. She gets over because she's dope, not because they make her seem invincible or push her to the moon right from jump.

Besides, they have Dakota there to eat pins.

Na.... she just gonna have freak injury when getting in the ring with dangerous green superstars (cuz they aint even wrestlers in the E.... per Vince) like Bianca Blair, Taynara Conti and people who she has more experience than combined
