To those in here suggesting that we simply ignore articles/comments like these.. that instead we just bury our heads like dumbfukks without a clue; you need to realize that choosing to be ignorant to things like this doesn't make them go away, while also at the same time keeps you in the dark on your enemy.

If you find a racist comment from someone of importance, feel free to post it so we can get that person removed from his/her position. The commentators on this article aren't Jews. Jews are usually less racist than other non-black groups. Jews have helped blacks quite a bit throughout history too. I like them. Netanyahu has racist inclinations but this is more due to his Russian heritage than anything else. He doesn't hate blacks so much as he doesn't care for them (or us, whatever).

All im saying is that a good majority of the bigoted comments likely stem from people who have no daily interaction with blacks outside of work...(rural folks). Middle america and the south always vote red....those people who vote red are more likely to be racist. I work at a public insitution of higher learning in the Northeast, and you would be surprised to see what people say on the Yikyak app.

please dont make generalizations or assumptions about people. Since being up here, I have seen just as much racial shyt. For example, this area is some of the most residentially segregated areas in the nation for both whites/blacks and white/latin@s.

I would also counter your daily interaction statement, because some of the most bigoted hateful people i have met have daily interactions with blacks.

They can afford to be naive and weak because they have they have a system of privilege behind them as a cushion . That's a luxury that they have and one that we foolishly think is afforded to us too simply because we're Amierdacan, share the same religions or whatever


That's why I think including them at any level of black progress or trying to hold hands and come together for equality is useless, no matter how well intentioned they are. No matter how fair and liberal a white person might be, there's no way, deep down, that they'd be willing to dismantle a global system that's completely in their favor.

I agree. However, the comments are usually repetitive and predictable so at times looking at the comments gets redundant. It's at the point now that I can look at what an article is about and guess what the comments will be. I'll almost always be right.
