4. are you able to ejaculate by yourself
5. do you ever find yourself having a spontaneous erection in the morning or at night
6. when was the last time you achieved an orgasm
7. have you noticed changes in your mood or sexual desire
8. all the other medications and supplements you are taking
9. are you a smoker
10. do you have diabetes
not being able to ejaculate and get erect are different things, controlled by two different aspects of the nervous system. however, most people who can't ejaculate might not be able to fully be erect. if you notice that you cannot achieve erections or have morning wood, it may be a testosterone problem. if you can ejaculate by yourself, then its a psychological or mechanical problem.

people have these problems everyday breh, i see many dudes coming into clinic under the distraction of a different complaint to really tackle sexual problems.
if you actually have a problem, i would make sure i have a good insurance plan and go see a doctor to rule out things and find a solution.
#2 cause of failed marriages - and I have seen plenty of couples going down the tubes for sexual problems that could be fixed with lifestyle alterations and medications. tackle it early to make sure you find out if there are any larger/pressing issues
