Truth is, most men feel this way deep down. The fukked up part is that nobody wants to hear a man complain about anything; definitely not women -- and even OTHER men don't want to hear another man complain about their life.
We're supposed to just deal with the cruelness and absurdity of life with a smile on our faces as we fight each other for power, money, prestige and women.
The irony is that it's only those aforementioned things that make a man valuable in this society. So you feel miserable without having them, you feel miserable working toward them, and you feel miserable once you finally obtain them, because other people typically only want to be around you as a man if you have those things in the first place, which further perpetuates this cycle.
Life for 98% of men in this world is a life of quiet despair.
