Primo has no range. All his shyt sounds exactly the same. Let's keep it a stack bruh
Yall need to learn what a producer is, calling Dre overrated
aye p*ssy, come back in here and get this workhe always been overrated
premo a better producer then him by far
dre gets credit 4 shyt he doesnt even do
@ the kendrick comment
but yes super thug dre is washed up
I think now he has way more incentive to make an album and it's possible that the album would feature cooler topics, I mean he has no reason to pander to anyone anymore. Like I said, he's a legacy artist . . one of the only legacy artists in hip-hop, someone who has a standard for the work he puts out, those last two singles where probably forced out by Jimmy . . now he has no reason to give us an "I Need a Doctor" (aka "Not Afraid 2.0") he can do whatever he wants . . "Been There Done That 2". This man has a love for music, he once had a record collection of over 80,000 records . . with all that influence and passion for music, why let it go to waste?
What albums did primo produce the lion's share of that can matchhe always been overrated
premo a better producer then him by far
dre gets credit 4 shyt he doesnt even do
For starters, Dr. Dre has not produced or co-produced a track since Recovery ("So Bad" to be exact). The 50 Cent song "Smoke" isn't new and the stuff that's produced by Dre isn't recent either. It could possibly be older than "So Bad" considering it was created for Detox. Dawaun Parker states that they'd been sitting on that song for a while.
Dre executive produced Kendrick Lamar's album (that album being cohesive is partly due to Dre), but he didn't do any of the beats.
It's not that Dr. Dre has fallen off, it's that the only beats he's released over the past 3-4 years are the headphones. He's only fallen off if you consider his production on Eminem's Relapse, 50 Cent's Before I Self Destruct, and the aforementioned "So Bad" to be sub-par or even wack. Dre even produced some songs solo on Relapse.
uhh... yes he did re-work "Smoke" if you seen any of 50's recent interviews, as soon as 50 worked on smoke, he said Dre went back in the studio and did the mixing and some adjustments to it so basically anything that is Dre's name he's hands on the song. Dre does much more than "Make the beat".
