You can resize columns, b. (and choose which columns are actually displayed). I like it a lot, but unless im mistaken RIP Cover Flow on iTunes? I used to love that shyt.

Yes there is. Select all the songs you wanna add the album art for, right click-->get info. Bottom right corner, there's a box for artwork.
