1. They loose interest because someone better/more interesting came along

I use to argue with women and fall for some of their narcissistic manipulative head games. I would sit and try to rethink shyt to myself etc. I use to be such a push over. Being raised by my moms and no male figure to tell me otherwise. Dad was always in the picture. But he was going thru his own issues. Until one day I dont know what happened. I started working out. I told myself to not get emotional no matter what happens.

I checked my behavior and saw how toxic I was being. You can only blame a woman for so long. Until u realize that your the one allowing this shyt to happen to you. I said to myself by feeding into the bullshyt im playing her game and letting her run the show. That's why the subtle disrespect was happening. I stopped giving a fukk. Calmly called her out on her bs. And became indifferent. Kept working on myself. Other chicks started giving me play without me trying. I didnt need no validation etc.

To this day this chick has completely changed her behavior. Im cool with her but I'm still focused on me. I say all this to say dont be desperate, jealous, overly emotional, or dependent on anyone's validation. Worry about yourself first.
