This isn't true in the West. I lived around Arabs in Canada. By and large don't risk their lives to kill off their disloyal women in the West. What they do instead is install an a culture which is against their women dating out in the first place, both culturally and religiously. I hence call it the "Three Stages of Arab Control":
1. Religious Indoctrination
2. Racial Supremacy
3. Shame
1. First, Arabs cultivate loyalty in their women through Islamic indoctrination from birth. In Islam, a Muslim woman can only date another Muslim. In real life they means only Arab guys and East Africans, partly eliminating cacs, blacks, Hispanics, etc. Furthermore the Arabs teach natural female subservience and obedience to men through the use of the hijab and Quran. This breeds yet more obedience to Arab men, whom are the central figures of the Quran and the masters inside Arab women's homes too. By way of this contrivance, the Arab woman begins to conflate the Arab man's misogyny with God's holy word!
2. Second, the Arabs install anti-[insert race] aspersions into their women, while the cultural and religious indoctrination pushes pro-Arab aspersions. For example, Arab guys call black people "abeed", which means slave, and employ other means of racial denigration such that the women come to believe non-Arab races of men are inferior. This propaganda doesn't work as much with white men (since they rule society) but it works really well with black men, Asian men, etc, whom the Arab guys can cast are variously inferior to them.
3. Third, the Arabs shame their women. They shame all the women who date out and come up with devious ways to do it. The men isolate, ostracize and socially pillory the women.
