Prisons went from being concerns of the state, to privately run. I bet the same people who invested in private prisons here are behind the facilities like CECOT. If Trump can find a way, I wouldn't be surprised if Big U is one of the first native born prisoners sentenced to life with no parole, who has a reputation for violence both on the street and in prison, that will be part of a new program that sends a certain classification of prisoner out of the country to serve out their sentences.

I'm sure the thought is, Why let someone with the influence he has, who isn't really bothered by prison, come in and start wreaking havoc with the extortions and violence, etc? Why should he play on cell phones and eat Domino's Pizza like it's a party? Why not start shipping people like that out of the country, to facilities like CECOT, where there's no concern with "prisoner's rights" and where there isn't any need for commissary, or visits, or tv time? We outsource jobs by the millions. Why not the housing of the worst of this country's prisoners as well?
