The SUPREME COURT DOES have the POWER to DIRECT an EXECUTIVE BRANCH to DO WHATEVER is LEGALLY NECESSARY to RETURN a HUMAN BEING back to the United States. This has NOTHING to do with FOREIGN POLICY, this has EVERYTHING to do with the 5th Amendment and DUE PROCESS.
If this is POTUS STANCE, then IMPEACH HIM IMMEDIATELY!

ABREGO GARCIA was a member of the MS-13 Gang so by law ICE doesn't need to bring him back because ICE is using the right to deport under the 8 U.S.C. §1227: Which allows for deportation of aliens convicted of crimes or involved in gang activity. So before you judge the Trump administration why don’t you do the research instead of posing and spreading ignorance?? @donwinslow
