Honestly with how bad Brooks was last night, Im expecting to see Hinrich get some burn tonight. I wont even be that mad at it
Brooks killed us for a stretch last night
His lack of playmaking for a guy who needs the ball in his hands is just astounding. He misses so many open guysBrooks is who I'm worried about the most on this team going forward. The FO dropped the ball bringing him back after that pathetic showing in last years post season. He is a black hole who takes questionable shots, and rarely moves to ball to others who are supposed to have more offensive responsible then he does. If he is still our backup point in the post season, then things will be shaky for us. He alone was responsible for that 7-0 run Cleveland had on us

Im trying to find the quote from after the game
but Rose supposedly said "Mid range. Midrange is my game."
i dont think many of us besides a couple of guys were too sure about letting thibs go, but once we clearly seen that the team was done with him, all of us said gotta move on.Yep, I can already see the media is pissed about Thibs being let go
I get their side of it, he was a great coach, that did great things here but lets be real, he was holding us back in many regards and the players didnt fukk with him
It would have been unfathomable before last season to fire Thibs, but everything changed last season. Defense slipped, players stopped giving him 100%, and it was over
if taj didnt foul out and if noah didnt go out with that knee, hoiberg looked poised to end the games with those 2 along with niko and love wouldnt have gotten loose to go on that late run to hit those 3s and we likely win by double digits. these people not watching games."Nearly a threat it use to be to the Cavaliers."
so as a team where the 3 best offensive players played horrible(Rose, Butler, Pau.) in addition with two of those players being the best on the team played bad. A new coach with a new system that has never been ran through this bulls team and stills needs getting use to. Oh and Dunleavy is out who is a starter.
This bulls team is not a threat?lol
S/N: we probably would have won by more if the shots would have went down. don't know if someone pointed it out but the team were getting tons of open shots
The only person that I ever saw in real life or online who was fine with Kirk Hinrich playing over Moore or Snell last year is @Gil Scott-HeroinMoore got game, he got busy. I like Thibs but when Kirk was getting more minutes then Moore last year I was smh and once rumors start surfacing about Thibs being gone after the season I was

Another funny thing about the coverage for the game and the team after last night's win is how 2 of the TNT guys picked CLE to win the game... even tho they were shorthanded
Now nobody's impressed (they don't have to be honestly) because guys were hurt.
And on top of that, yes CLE was off and Bron was rusty, but so were the Bulls. It's not like they played lights out. Pau played like shyt, and Jimmy/Rose didn't even shoot well. Once the Bulls start clicking, the media will hop back on their dikk.
Then they all echoing the same shyt about them trading in their defense for offense with the Hoiberg change... but they are quick to ignore how the game ended last night with Pau blocking Bron late and Jimmy knocking the pass away to seal the game.
