I know we're bracing ourselves for the worst, with both gar and pax keeping their jobs and little changes to the roster, but the media is definitely gonna blast them through the offseason. Maybe that plus the fans being vocal will bring some changes

your not getting a star for either rose or jimmy, which is why i never entertained trading either of them. i mean maybe jimmy for cousins is out there but we all know the front office not taking a chance on cousins. best you are going to get for either of them is some mediocre prospects and draft picks

that is why i been cool with just rolling with jimmy and rose as the core and just creating great depth and legit role players with talent around them. then hope with some great coaching and new found commitment to defense we can at least get out the east.

but i have no faith whatsoever in a full rebuild with gar forman and john paxson still in office. that will guarantee 5-8 years of being terrible and most those years out the playoffs.

and when are reporters going to get past trying to ride rose or jimmy when the failures of this team is entirely on gar forman and john paxson?

i have seen even a couple of their mouth pieces turn on them. cant really count nick friedell because he was a pessimist even when the bulls were winning. but guys like kc, mark shanowski, espn chicago etc have all gotten very critical of gar forman and the bulls front office and medical staff. i mean you still get a guy calling in here and there still trying to make a rose vs jimmy thing, but for the most part everybody else has wised up.

of course none of this means those clowns will lose their jobs, but hopefully the change in rhetoric will at least put enough fire under they ass to get real proactive this off season, although i figured the thibs fiasco would do that, and they still stood pat, smh.

I would do that, I think ya'll would need more for the money to match.

I'd also do I would do an Oladipo and Vucevic for Butler.

I wouldn't be against the RIGHT Jimmy trade assuming we can retain Derrick and move forward with him, Doug, Portis and whatever haul we get for Jimmy

Would give us the flexibility to sign free agents ASAP and possibly get younger
