We just have too many players who impact the game so negatively. Why is Niko the first reserve off the bench? We immediately lost the lead when he came in

White side is exactly what this team needs. A athletic big that can protect the rim and rebound on a elite level.
My dream would be getting Whiteside then using our expendable pieces to strengthen the wings and bench.
For instance we just don't need both mcdermott and dunleavy. Trade 1 of them for a more defensive wing. We don't need both portis and niko, trade one of them for a more defensive player. Use our exception or pick to get a back up point guard. And if we somehow get a good lottery pick use it to get a nba ready player, no more players that need development. Then hire a assistant that can connect with the players.
But this is likely not going to happen. We likely lose pau and noah for nothing when we should have flipped both of them, noah early on when he was playing good, and pau at the deadline, but we likely lose them, roll with taj portis and niko as a front court claiming to want to play faster, add another damn near out the league vet, add a draft pick and spend money on some washed up wing that otherwise wouldn't get the money we offering anywhere else. That is likely our summer and our future until we get rid of gar forman.
