Only thing I can see is us working around him, i.e how the cavs did blatt.

Fire a couple of asst. Coaches hire a couple more guys better at coaching defense and offense but more importantly can motivate and connect to the players. Might not be a bad idea to see if mark Jackson can be brought in as a assistant just for a leadership voice and motivation.
