Breh Rose is gone. Like Pau hes not resigning back here. Guarantee he wants to play in LA. He will ball out next season in his contract year. Hopefully we can move him for good value. Same with Butler. Ideally I would keep him since he signed the big contract. But not only is he not a franchise guy, but he and Hoiberg have fundemental differences that I don't think will ever be repaired. Now of course all this means Garpax is gone and we have a creative GM

You may be right, and if we are unable to build anything significant for next season, exploring trading them is not out of the question

I just think it all starts up top. Get rid of gar forman. Get another gm who can make something happen. Add new voices and energy to the squad. Let rose and jimmy feel some winning. At that point I think if they feel they at the helm of a quality team, they both will be willing to stick around and man it.

I just don't want to go through a full rebuild. That can go horribly wrong. Especially when you have idiots left with the responsibility to destroy and rebuild this thing.
