Breh, Thibs won games with John Lucas the 3rd. You really think this team isn't making the Playoffs with Thibs coaching? Only negative would be him shytting on Moore's minutes

The same squad that had top defenders in Noah, Deng, Brewer, Asik and quality bench guys in Korver? Fam, Thibs is not winning if hes forced to play Doug, Snell, and Niko major minutes

We won 50 games last year though, roster isn't much different and Rose missed alot of games and never played as well as he's playing now

There's no way Thibs misses the playoffs with this roster. It's been like 3 years since he's had Rose play without injury. You seriously think a Thibs lead team with Rose/Jimmy playing as many games as they did this year is missing the playoffs?

You also have to factor in that they would have been used to the offense already, and everybody already knows how he gets down defensively. Like I said, the only negative would have been more Hinrich, and no Moore.

Agree 100% with y'all. Rose was chucking up 3's last season and if he played like how he is now, the last years squad is 10x better... Thibs would get the squad probably to about the same or marginally better/worse.

I don't see it. Yes this roster is the same. Yes Rose is playing more and playing his best. But this roster is still older, even more injury prone, and flawed to the core. No dun half the season. Noah hurt. Butler missing a lot of time. Gasol phoning it in/hurt. And lets not forget this same shytty roster quit on Thibs multiple times last year too, solidifying it in the playoffs. You think if he was still around they would play better then this? They might be BK status.

Moore one of the only three nikkas in this squad that stick d. Thibs would've got him some clock.

Noah don't get hurt and the crunch time lineup is rose/moore/jimmy/taj/noah all day

When Niko fukked up on defense, he got pulled, period. Doug was playing minimal minutes early last season, then he had knee surgery. After that he was out of the rotation... I think Doug would have earned some PT because he's actually improved some and he would have played simply because Dunleavy missed 50 games

They would have given less effort for Thibs then they are showing now. I guarantee they would be throwing games like the Cavs did to get Thibs out of here.

I think them injuries forced his hand resulting in them dudes getting some shine. We needed some offense. But with the way rose been cookin nikkas since ASB, Moore being a 3 & D guy, Thibs would've still been light on Doug and niko's minutes. I think he would've played Moore after Dunleavy got hurt.

That rose/Moore/Jimmy/taj/Noah squad with Doug/Niko bombing off the bench (until they got yanked for being trash on defense) would've been ugly. Fighting for the top seed in the east.

Thibs would've hoed Pau too. just like he did with boozer in the 4th

I think they quit listening to Thibs only cuz they knew he was gone. If the FO had his back instead of sneak dissin and re upped his contract, them nikkas would've fell in line
