Our formula with Thibs was to stop them from scoring. Get players that can stop the team from scoring. Period.
Let your Ace Rose score, because nobody can stop him....we won a lot that way.
The only problem is, he didn't have a running mate when playoff teams focused all their resources on stopping Rose.
All an elite Rose needed was someone else to take the scoring load WHILE maintaining the defensive pressure.
This FO done fukked the formula up thinking we had to just outscore teams and run and run and run....blah..
We had the formula, just needed to work on some offensive pieces that's it....
we're going backwards.
