Hopefully this will be a chance for Hoiberg to explore his options at 3, maybe find something that works better than having Dunleavy out there starting in crucial games

We are in need of a quality 3 anyway. This should be a great excuse to make a move and find one. Couple guys could be on the move early in the season.
Snell is good defensively but in the big picture he had literally 1 and a half good month of play in his career and mcdermott 3pt shot was shyt in summer league and he was mediocre on defense. So maybe 1 can emerge but it's a chance they both could be no good in a starting role.
I love portis potential and him plus niko makes taj very expendable. Allow taj to play preseason and a few weeks into the season, and about a month in move him for a wing imo.

Yep, Snell's defense should get him the nod over Dougie I think. Best thing for both parties is that they will be getting time to prove themselves.

The Franchise is not cursed, the problem is they have incompetent people running this team presently. Dunleavy should have been shown the door after that weak defense he displayed in the semi conference round against Cleveland. The fact that GarPax offered this dude a 3 year 15 million deal after knowing they needed to upgrade the wing position made me almost throw up. This is now a bad contract that will eat in their cap, and force them to part with Gibson making a desperate deal that will probably not help the team because those two don't have a clue on how to acquire talent via trade. The only thing good about this is Snell and McDermott will get playing time to take this spot away from Dunleavy for good, but they have to step up.
Made sure he reupped for 3 years. We could have gotten Affalo for about 2 mil more

This FO will never do shyt. Get completely shytted on by the Cavs? Lets bring the same core back. Taj or Noah should have been moved for another ball handler/athletic wing. Kirk should be on the road scouting. Dun should be playing for the vet minimum. Not making 4 and a half mil per year.
