goons in the cut tryna talk you out yo necklace
We need a healthy Noah
We need an all star DRose
We need Niko to take another step
We need either Doug or Snell to be starting quality
We need Hoiberg to construct a dynamic offense

If those things happen, I like our chances against anybody
All these things can happen too which is crazy....we got one year of "surprise " before every one figures out the Hoiberg system . The stare align we can be a real problem....IF the stars align :wow:

Jimmy trash talking like the GOATS! If he can take the next step...:ohhh:

for summer workouts in San Diego forged camaraderie between Jimmy Butler and the visiting Doug McDermott, but it didn’t stop Butler from incessantly trash talking his teammate in Bulls practice, leading McDermott to believe Butler forgot whose side he’s ultimately on.

“It didn't feel like he was on our team for a second,” McDermott said. “Talking crap to all of us. That's just kind of the way he is. He has a completely different mindset. He really wants to win. It's been really obvious the first few days of practice.”

Whether it’s showing little to no mercy on poor McDermott on the defensive end or showing off even more improvement on the offensive end, Butler is making good on his word that his new maximum contract would only make him work harder as opposed to relaxing.

“I knew Jimmy was good (before). But he’s been awesome,” Bulls coach Fred Hoiberg said. “He’s so strong right now. He’s in great shape and another guy where the amount of work he put in in the summer is paying off.

“He’s probably in the best shape of anybody out here. He’s all over the floor, offensively, defensively. There aren’t a lot of two-way players in this league but he’s definitely one of them.”

You talking like rose went out and asked to be injured personally lol.
I'm not talking about the injuries. shyt happens. But when you take your sweet ass time coming back, and talking about free agency years down the road when u haven't done shyt in 3 years but share p*ssy with your homies. U come off as a selfish bytch in which he is. His ass better suit up game one or else a lot of people will wash their hands from him and more importantly, his teammates and the organization will will be tired of his bullshyt and I hope his ass gets traded.

I'm done with him. It's sad, but I'm done with that dude. Good riddance.

He was coming off a acl tear, he should have taken his sweet time, clearly looking at how his explosiveness is still there he took the correct route in handling those injuries. I would only be upset if rose came back flabby and out of shape but that was not the case. And as far as his comments, he only said what literally every other player in the league was thinking, it's just the public enjoys being lied to apparently lol. Apparently although we ask for athletes and entertainers to be more real people enjoy living in the lie. You think wade and lebron signing those 1 year deals for nothing lol.

Cmon breh it ain't this serious.

He shouldn't give two shyts about me or any other person's opinion. The opinion he needs to consider is that of his teammates and the people cutting the check.

While I admire his candor, he needs to take a reality check and consider his peers because everyone in that locker room is busting their ass to play this game we love and enjoy.

I give him a full pass with his acl knee injurie, but when he tore his mcl on his other knee, he took his sweet time. I'm not mad at that, because that can be devastating to his psyche. But when he retore again, I expected to come back before the playoffs started. He didn't, but it was OK cuz we still made it. But he quit against Cleveland. The last two games against Cleveland he quit.

I held my tongue because I loved dude so much, but I can't stand by him anymore. If I was his teammate, I wouldn't even acknowledge him. You don't have to lie to the media - fukk them. But you have to be considerate of your teammates who been battling since you've been gone. That's why I am so fukking mad at him. We just lost our coach man. And you are the supposed leader and you want to talk about 2017 free agency. Gtfoh!!! :camby:

Love this quote too!

Have Bulls finally found their Second Star?

“Yes it is changing, on the leadership aspect of it,” Butler said of his continuing development. “I have to be more vocal, I have to do more. Off the floor, on the floor. I don’t know if it’s easy, but I have to do it. Derrick is the quiet one; Jo is the emotional one. Somebody has to be that guy to be calm and still lead while still producing and still doing what he is supposed to be doing on the floor at both ends. Easy? Probably not, but somebody has to do it. I have to produce. Leadership is going to be the biggest thing for me this season. Everybody is excited, but I think excited because we get to play the game we love for a living and compete with each other, and soon against others.”
