All Im saying, there is blame to go around to everyone
Front office never gave us proper depth and never are creative
Injuries have ravaged us
DRose & Noah fell off hard last season (injuries, understandable, but still)
Thibs never showed he could make playoff adjustments or be creative with the offense
It goes on & on
The point of going solely at the front office
Is the fact they don't catch any flack
The roster especially rose, noah injuries etc have been discussed to nausea in the Chicago media, and this past season thibs has gotten crucified
But where is the backlash towards gar pax? To be honest not landing melo should be equaling jobs being lost. Them standing pat after that embarrassing last season should be getting torched in the media. If the bears stand pat they get killed. If the Cubs don't make moves they get killed, but the bulls they get the golden pass simply based on they 90s success that gar pax had nothing to do with outside of Paxson actually being a player.
As far as rose being mvp, noah regressing, that is all subjective, I can make a case that even with them healthy these past few years we still would have lost to those lebron led teams simply because the roster was always flawed.
Just because these dudes ain't the worst don't mean they are beyond reproach and criticism. If we as fans don't start holding these clowns accountable then mediocre just enough ass rosters is all they will produce. As stated earlier, they have had the assets to acquire players via trade, even if you don't like afflalo it was no excuse to not grab him for pennies when you needed a wing and he was not the only player moving. You stand pat when you done reach the finals or won it all. You def don't stand pat when you lose to a love-less kyrie-injured Jr smith-less for 2 games cavs, hell lebron didn't even play that great lol that is more than thibs, that is a roster problem.
