These nikkas do not want to go and are just trying to figure out ways to justify it. As soon as I heard about this I said "I'm going". I'm gonna try to get friends to come but if I gotta go by myself fukk it. I'm saving up for gas and hotel right now. It's easy
Folks are out here trying to come together, and these clowns are concocting all sorts of excuses why they can't work with their brother. In the real world, I leave those brothers alone. Forcing them to stand by your side in a battle is the quickest way to sandbag yourself.

what do you mean you don't have a way to get there?

this is just laziness. you are what 21, 22? be a man and save up we're giving you 4 months notice.
He could post, "hey, I'm here in so and so, but I can't get a ride. Can I ride with someone?" Nope, dude just quit. Some folks can be like that.

I'm making plans to attend now.

For those of you saying it's only for black men, Google is your friend. Looking up "Million Man March 2015 leads you to articles with quotes such as:

Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan announced on June 24 that he plans to hold a Millions for Justice March in Washington, D.C., on Oct. 10

Two decades ago, scores of black men gathered in the nation’s capital to pledge support to family and community. Some of the leaders of that original rally are planning another march—one that will include black women this time.

and

The anniversary march would take place Oct. 10, organizers said. Billed Millions for Justice, it would be open to people of all races, ethnic backgrounds and sexual preferences, they said.

"Twenty years ago, those who gathered did so for the dignity of our black men," read a joint statement issued by Bryant and fellow organizer Tamika Mallory, former executive director of the New York-based National Action Network. "Today, we see that the need for justice and equity is far-reaching, and requires systematic and deliberate change for people of many backgrounds."

Yes, it is in observance of the 20 year anniversary of the Million Man March. It does not seem like just Louis Farrakhan's work solely.

Keeping my overhead low, and my understand high
I remember in the first one happening when I was in sixth grade.

We went to school the next day and our teacher (black lady) asked the class if we knew what happened in DC.

I was the only one that knew at the time... And she said 'it's a shame that he knows and you all don't "

Since I'm not AA...

Anyways.. I won't be attending this march

Well I'm not black, not white, not Asian or Chinese, etc., not middle eastern or Arabic. I'll classify myself as "other" then.

If you are spanish speaking and native to the western hemisphere and not black you are either white or "indian" mixed with white lol

What do we hope to accomplish with this march, brehs? Serious question by the way. How many innocent lives have we lost since ppl that looked like us did the original March? What about when they marched for trayvon? How many black lives were lost since then? Has the oppression stopped?

It's black excellence all day...but the marches can only do so much in amerikkka...that shyt clearly ain't striking fear in the heart of the Devils nationwide. How much has changed with marches and how much can we change with them?

Safe travels to anyone from the coli going out there. Salute.

What do you suggest? It seems like people don't know what they want . shyt I wish like hell the message of this march was on some " Arm up , let's get ready for war" type shyt . But if that was the case, the dudes saying this "Justice or Else" is worthless now , damn sho aint gonna wanna go when it's "Let's get ready for war" . So I'm kinda lost on what they see as a solution , which is why Im going to hear brothers who have a solution speak.

Funny how shyt correlate . Just like most of the folks that be talking reckless aint even got a firearm to their name. How you gonna talk reckless and you don't even exercise your 2nd Amendment ? Might as well strip that 15th too
