Brothas are gonna be in one venue for one reason : to listen. To give undivided attention for once . Under that setting , you can actually try to get a message across (group economics, stop killing eachother, arm yourselves, etc) . Better than trying to get messages across on the Coli or WorldStar or the Book, or anywhere.

I'm going. I went to the millions more march in 05' and it was dope.Plus my cousin is one of his security so I always get invited to events.
Idk what the organizers end goal is, but im hoping it will wake up some of the youth. They all seen civil rights footage and things like that, they need to realize that this shyt aint over yet.
I hope it can bring us back together, we've lost our sense of community.
I put the date down in my calendar. I'm split because I'm not really big on crowds and things like this seem to offer a lot of speaking but the people that flow in seem to forget it a few days later. As one thing I read said though they expect the neighborhoods that these people come from to be influenced. I'm not sure how true that'll ring but one can hope, I guess.
I'm just a bit wary on the impact.
From what I've read they are. I didn't realize that the man part was taken literally until I read that. I guess I haven't learned enough about the marches.
Why wouldn't they? Issues that affect black men affect black women.
I would love to participate but ill still be in Japan and I don't know when ill be back. I'm thinking about saying fukk it, throwing america in the bushes, and not coming back to tell the truth. Salute to the brothers n sisters who make it though.

Men need to build up the community. Women already do an excellent job at organizing. Women and children will follow positive men ..... and it's mostly men that need to help build up the economic base and protect us.Because we are being left out of the conversation

So what if a thousand of us motivated 100 men over the next five years. ... and they did the same.
