Black chicks generally don't decry IR dating when done by black women. Even if they don't care to do it themselves or don't agree with it.

I believe this is for a few reasons:

1. Black women want to feel that they have that option too....even if it's a less viable option or less desired option

2. Black women want to have a "well, black women date out too" retort whenever needed to counter IR dating black men...even if they personally don't/won't date out

3. Black women feel the need to protect or ,at the very least, not bash other black women publicly. Black women feel so berated and attacked by everyone, including black men, that they tend to be very clannish about black women topics. To the point of not calling out behavior that they don't agree with or don't participate in i.e. IR dating

4. A non-black man, especially white, dating/marrying a black woman is the ultimate form of legitimization. In a white male dominated society, having a white man, who is the epitome of power in said society, choose to be with a black woman, many times made to feel the lowest of society, is the ultimate in "I'm of value." There's a reason why WM/BW marriages have the lowest divorce rate, and it's not just about finance and similar educational attainment.

5. Black women have a twisted, convoluted relationship with white men in the Western hemisphere. Built on years of pain yet respect. White men have historically been the only men in America who could dramatically affect the lives of black women and their families en masse. Also, their livelihood in many ways has always been tied to white men-for better or worse.

Black women are in many ways tortured by white male society yet look to that same society for reassurance and worth. See number 4.
