nope....if so they would have been listed on nsac's site as having one...go take a look at their list..its no problem however for them to get one in nevada..fill out their form and pay a fee...but all the stuff that goes into being a promoter..the nitty gritty was handled by golden boy for sure

If Schaefer is still a shareholder he would have to sell his shares before starting a rival boxing promotion company or joining Mayweather Promotions.
Floyd ending his working relationship with GBP is a short-term hit but Floyd is basically on a 2 year retirement tour. And lets not act like Mayweather Promotions is any good at putting on blockbuster fight cards or even low level fight cards based on them struggle cards he has been doing. So they are more than likely going to end up looking for a co-promoter for the remainder of his Showtime deal. Might even probably go back to the same fight-by-fight deal they already had with GBP.
And even though Haymon has a lot if GBP's fighters signed if the fighters have standing contracts with GBP there is nothing Haymon can do to void those contracts.
So the entire landscape is going to be in a state of flux for a while because there are too many entanglements that can't be easily cast aside.

Also, if it can be proven that Schaeffer was purposely not signing Haymon fighters to promotional contracts with GBP as part of some secret deal with Haymon to start a rival promotional company then it could be seen as Schaeffer shirking his fiduciary responsibilities to GBP which would probably end up with Oscar suing the fukk out if Schaeffer.
