That is because Chicago and for that matter Illinois are losing population. In fact Black people have been leaving Illinois and for that matter New York and California in record numbers. They have been heading back South.

Y'all ever think maybe it's not so much them but you? I've had bad experiences with black people when I've been to predominantly black neighborhoods but a majority were cool as hell.

This is why I don't support blacks in interracial relationships. Hispanics stay within their race and they took over Cali and quite possibly the nation soon. They got some power now and can influence politics because of their numbers.
