It might be too late, but we'll see. I don't think Entourage was supposed to be a comedy as much, but just a semi-docu-dramedy.

I loved the characters. Ari was the best, but the four were great as well. They actually seemed like friends that grow up together, and been through wars together. Their vibe just seemed authentic; 3 friends that grew up together and a big brother that was semi-around that went to Hollywood and sort of had their fun. Through the ups and downs, they were always together...even Ari was a part of their inner circle. That was what was best about the show to me.

As for those that doubt the authenticity of the show, networking is a big part of getting places in life. Networking, brown-nosing, nepotism, charisma/presence, and playing the game.
