So next time you're stopped and the police officer feels like arresting you he can just say he was "annoyed"

naw....it actually reads

"....with the intent to harass, annoy, threaten or alarm a person whom he or she knows or reasonably should know to be a police officer.....he or she strikes, shoves, kicks or otherwise subjects such person to pyhsical contact (touches)...."

so basically now if a police officer says that you touched them it can get you 4 years in prison...............
