You clearly do not understand what the polls were stating. The polls had her winning more national votes. She was within the polls margin of error in all of the tallied national vote. The polls had Trump losing the national vote. He lost the national vote.

Trump is President, because he won the electoral college; which is based upon the popular votes in individual States. We now know that he conspired with a foreign government to win several of the State that he won in the electoral college.
