I think im gonna be overleveled. I one-shotted my first island kahuna with just a lvl 17 trumbeak 
having a great time with the game though. the new stream lined and smaller nature of the map both hurts and help the game.
It makes it easier to get around and pick up and play, but it kinda kills the since of traversal and adventure id get from the 2d joints.
Can't wait to see how this is on the Switch.
Also, I feel like there's ALOT of stuff im not paying attention to yet. I be reading about this game on other forums and its like they are talking another language.

Turning off Exp Share and setting Battle Style to: Set, helps make the game a bit more difficult(If you haven't done it already.).
I fucjed around and got a sylveon trying to get an umbreon. Damn it
That's why I like it, other wise the games can be kinda grindy. I just wish the trainer's and captains had more Pokémon. Most these dudes only have one poke smh.
