The only race of people in the world that are genetically near the 90th percentile in terms of purity is Asian Indians. Studies showed that even during foreign occupation it was a rarity for them to interbreed with other races on a major scale throughout history.
If an Indian person took a DNA test there a greater possibility that they could claim racial purity. everyone else however has been heavily mixed throughout their lineage. This means that you have to accept the fact racial identity is determined socially. or that the only race that still exists is Indian.

It's because black people are not natural leaders. All you need is a collective group of black media to state: If you have one non-black parent you are not black.
